If your device isn't displaying your camera feed we recommend to perform a factory reset by holding down the “Volume + and – ” buttons on top of your device for 8 Seconds. First check your Wifi settings to ensure that you are on a 2.4ghz WiFi band. Once you confirm this, if you are still experiencing an issue, try resetting your home router as well.
In addition, check to see how many devices your router/modem supports, as you may have too many devices connected. See how many phones, tablets, laptops are connected and if that could be effecting your WiFi performance. You can purchase inexpensive WiFi extenders, if you feel your device may be out of range. I know in my experience, my bedroom sits on the very edge of the range, so those have been so helpful for a better connection."

I already had a Google Home for several years and I decided to get this one for 2 reasons. 1 it was deal of the day for just over 34 dollars shipped. 2 was the added touch screen which has several useful features. Other than that since it used Google Assistant and the Google Home app it was just as easy to setup as the original Google device so I think anyone would like this device.

Time for a smart clock

I really do like it. It stays connected to the WiFi and does a good job listening to my voice and replying. I do wish it had more clock faces. Sometimes it gets bright for a few minutes before going back to a dim setting. Also, have trouble getting a podcast from my phone to keep playing after stopping it for a while. The clock doesn't always remember where it left off. It's worth the half-price deal but maybe not the full $80.

The other smart clocks Lenovo makes are a much better deal IMO. These are okay if you want something with a full screen, but for just the clock there's better options. It's in a weird place between a clock and Nest Hub, while doing neither very well. Returned them for Lenovo's other smart clock and a Nest Hub.

There are 8 stock alarm sounds to choose from. Beyond that you can set a music alarm with your favorite streaming service. To set a music alarm start by saying "Okay Google set a music alarm" From there your Google Assistant will ask you what time and what station you would like to play. You can respond by saying something like "8am" and "Play my favorite station from Pandora"

Once I had it setup within 2 minutes I knew I would really enjoy this gadget! It has a decent screen with many brightness options to choose from. The speaker sounds great for it's size. The mic picks up my hey Google query every single time and from a good distance. Overall, I'm really excited to have this little guy wake me up in the AM and also put me to sleep with a soothing playlist at night. Great bargain at the sale price!
