Wi-Fi Disconnects Constantly

However, we have been having issues with Wi-Fi constantly disconnecting and not reconnecting on its own. We would have to forget the network and sign in again. This is pretty annoying to wake up to in the morning.

Posted .We are sorry to hear that you are having WiFi connectivity issues with your Lenovo - Smart Clock with Google Assistant. Try resetting your Smart Clock back to original settings by: 1. With the device powered on, press down both the volume+ / volume- button for 10 seconds. 2. Follow the on-screen instructions to set up your device. During the setup process, you will once again find available WiFi networks, select and connect. You will need to enter your WiFi router's password again. This should correct any WiFi connection issues. If it does not, we recommend you contact Lenovo Tech Support for Smart Devices at: 866-426-0911.

Too hard to set up!

I burned up two hours online trying to effect a basic setup. I finally settled for getting the clock set to the right time. I don’t know how to set an alarm. I don’t know how to talk to the machine and I can’t dim the brightness. It’s probably a good machine but I’ll never know and I wouldn’t have bought it if I would’ve known it was this difficult to set up.
