Keyboard defect

The physical keyboard did not work when we received the laptop. Troubleshooting with the company was through email, which made it a bit more difficult. The issue could not be resolved so we had to return the item. We found out that approx. 30% of these laptops have this issue. If not for that, I would recommend this product.
