I don't live life through an electronic device, so learning how to use the tablet is taking a while.

Charging port broke 9 months after purchase. I will contact Best Buy and the manufacturer to return it.

I can't really say how good this tablet is, as I only got to spend a couple of hours using it. I went to add a memory card, and found that the tray is a poor fit for the card. The card kept falling through and just wouldn't stay in the tray. And I tried it with a couple of different cards. Neither one fit very well. Well, I thought that I finally had it all set, and inserted it into the tablet, fired it up, and found that it was showing that no memory card was installed. I turned it off, and pulled the tray back out, only to find it empty. So now my memory card is jammed either above or below the slot, and I have to send it in to Lenovo for repair. This is a poor design, my older Lenovo tablet had a rubber flap over the card slot, and the card slid right in. I've inserted dozens of memory cards into devices over the years, and I've never had a problem until this tablet. I get that this is not a high end tablet, but the whole memory card tray and slot just feel so cheap. If you plan on adding memory to this tablet, be very careful.

We had 2 of these tablets for 3 days total. All 3 days we would boot them up after being plugged in overnight to charge and they would get stuck at a "tablet is starting" screen. Contacted Lenovo support and they suggested a factory wipe / reset. We ended up having to do this ALL 3 DAYS we had this tablet. Thankfully Best Buys return policies are amazing and it was very quick to allow us to return these and get the Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.1" for $30 more. Haven't had one problem with the Samsungs.

This tablet is incredibly slow. This is the second time I have given android a shot and it will be the last. I don't know ifmit is android or Lenovo. Either way I wish I was having a better experience.

The unit is very touch sensitive and is hard to access the screens used frequently. Battery life is reduced as the unit when on standby mode always buzzes when mail is received.

Cannot get Disney plus to work! Very disappointed!

Ok tablet for kids. Battery doesn't last very long.

I've had this tablet for over a year, and I have to say it's pretty unimpressive. I just try to use it for document reading and light Youtube watching, and it's terribly sluggish. For the small time I used it as a OBS controller, it was okay but I have to have it plugged in all the time or else it will die within a few hours, even on sleep mode. (It was like this from Day 1, especially with the protective case you can buy for it, as the case has a magnet in the cover for auto-wake up. There's no way to turn that off unless you root the OS and run a custom firmware. Buyers beware.

This Lenovo tablet was very choppy moving between apps and using apps. I did not like the instability. Also, you can’t use an active stylus on it (you have to use the pressure type which has poor precision).

Was excited to get this but quickly disappointed. Errors during setup & froze, had to restart, took 3 tries to get it set up. At time it ran slow, froze on me constantly, after 2 days of frustration I contacted Best Buy to process a return.

Not the greatest!! Would not purchase this brand again. We only use it for playing games. A lot of glitches so would not work well if needed for more extensive use. Very disappointing!

Do not buy this tablet. It’s horribly slow and freezes constantly. Should be ashamed to put this crap product out.

The reconditioned in “excellent condition “ tablet was missing its usbC charger which costs 65$ purchased separately. Then when trying to set up - I could not because it was not reset. It needed previous owners email to even get into settings. Spent one hour waiting fir CS then when disconnected another hour going to store to get charger, and now will spend another few hours with a second return trip to Best Buy hopefully they will reset it. No way will I buy reconditioned from Best Buy again - will avoid them for sales on tech

Not a great piece of technology in general. Gets hung up trying to open web browsers, and can barely open videos, let alone play them.
