  • Very slow to start up

    It lost a star due to having a really really slow power up from being completely off. I use this in my kitchen for pulling up recipes when I need but with only using it a few times a week I power it off between and I actually have to schedule time for it to turn on and I feel like that's ridiculous in this day and age. The tablet itself works well and I've had no issues otherwise.

      Hey, JordinF. We're sorry to hear that the boot time and initial period after booting is sluggish. We recommend ensuring your system is up to date by checking for updates in Settings > About tablet > System update. Given that the M11 is an entry level device with performance not in the forefront, it could be slower initially after startup, not too dissimilar to waking up and then trying to run out the door. It may take 15-30 seconds after booting up to deliver smooth performance. Hopefully this helps and we appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts with us, along with your business! Lenovo

    I want to try this tablet, in general is good device, but I have been using IOS for years and get use to Android will take me a lot of time. It will work fine for an android user.

    My rating is for the experience of the purchase and not specifically the tablet because I never used it. Customer service was great It was a very smooth buying process. When I received it it was well packaged and a great condition. However I never really had peace about the purchase and I looked at several reviews online for the tablet and made the decision to exchange it. So I took it back to Best Buy and caught the tail end of a Samsung sale and was able to purchase the Samsung tablet instead and just pay a few extra dollars. So, unfortunately I am unable to rate the tablet's functionality. I recommend you give it a try after your due diligence and research (as with all things). This just wasn't the tablet for me.
