I graphics and sound are good. Fast with plenty of storage. My problem with it is if freezes up constantly. I do not have many applications running to take up memory.

To try to resolve this, we recommend ensuring the system is up to date by opening Settings > About tablet > System update. If the software is up to date, running version (ZUI) 16.0.070, please also ensure that your M11 is running the latest Android version, 14. If either of the above are not updated, your device could be updated through the Rescue Assistant (https://support.lenovo.com/us/en/downloads/ds101291-rescue-and-smart-assistant-lmsa
Rescue and Smart Assistant (RSA). It would wipe your device, but there is a way to create a backup through that process to retain system information and preferences. Please let us know your results, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your perspective with us.

Charging issue

The only issue we are having is that when the tablet dies, they take hours to charge to 1 percent. We have tried multiple charging cords and cubes.

Slow. Usb webcams won't connect and Lenovo knows about it. Went with a Samsung for a few more dollars and it was worth it. Lenovo is junk.

We have an upcoming appt. with Geek squad to try and help us iron out some of the set-up quirks of this tablet. Wife is a dedicated Kindle user so this devices presents some technical challenges to customize the HOme screen for ease of navigation.
