I purchased this tablet along with the protection plan in June of this year. The tablet was taken to the store and sent off for repairs. The tablet could not be repaired so they said for me to make an appt to get a replacement tablet. Since I am 50+ miles away and can't drive my son went and made the appt and got to the Geek Squad and was working with Dom. To begin with he said I only paid $54 for the tablet, then I told him I used points for the rest of the amount. The tablet cost $149. secondly the same tablet in the store was $189.00 they wanted me to pay the difference, but even though I had discussed my non driving situation and the fact that I would have to pay someone to drive me to the store and they agreed my son could deal with them, they would not take the credit card I sent him via text and that I would have to be there in person. And I asked that the amount be put back on my BB credit card but they said store credit was all they could do. I have spent so far more than 3 hours trying to get to the manager of the store but boy are they protected. I bought the tablet on line so I should get credit on line. Or, they should replace the one I bought since I had the prot plan, but nooooo, they wanted me to pay the difference for the identical tablet. My tablet is a 64gb and best buy has a 128gb online for $20 less than I paid. I just want them to replace the tablet and transfer the protection plan to the new tablet.I have been on hold with the chat center for 42 minutes just because I casked for a manager. The fair and normal process for similar businesses would be to put the credit back on my card so I could then purchase another tablet. Just because I bought the product 5 months ago on sale does not change the fact that the tablet is the exact make and model as the one on the store, and it should have just been handed to my son. I even agreed to pay the difference but I had to physically be there in the store to use my card. I wasn't physically on the store when I bought it so why would they expect me to go there now??? crazy ideas. It is just like talking to people that say "the computer says" Can't people use what grey matter is in their heads. I would suggest not buying anything from Best Buy since they do not back their products, and one of the many times I was on hold they talk about price matching. They won't even price match what THEY sell

I would be ware. I think the tablet is solid. I think it’s worth the money for sure. My issue is mainly with best buy. I purchased an excellent condition tablet and it was missing the charger. The excellent condition rules state that it can’t be missing anything or anything essential. I am enjoying the tablet. I have a type C laying around but for some reason it’s not charging the tablet. I am not interested in a refund, I just want the charger. Apparently I would have to go pick it up, and can’t have it delivered even though it’s Best Buy’s fault. I would rate the tablet a 4/5 but for the price a 5/5 stars but best buy gets a 2/5 for service unfortunately. I also read that this tablet can expose you to lead which can cause cancer, but I mean everything can kill you really, so if thats not a big issue, dont be discouraged from buying this, just buy the unopened box for that extra assurance and not having to deal with Best Buy’s weird policies.

Its not the best or fastest tablet, but I think that for the price is right for what it does. We have it as a family one for streaming movies or playing games, and it has profiles on it so everyone has there own stuff.

The Tablet has great clarity a nice lightweight feel, It's a great tablet.
