    My rating is for the experience of the purchase and not specifically the tablet because I never used it. Customer service was great It was a very smooth buying process. When I received it it was well packaged and a great condition. However I never really had peace about the purchase and I looked at several reviews online for the tablet and made the decision to exchange it. So I took it back to Best Buy and caught the tail end of a Samsung sale and was able to purchase the Samsung tablet instead and just pay a few extra dollars. So, unfortunately I am unable to rate the tablet's functionality. I recommend you give it a try after your due diligence and research (as with all things). This just wasn't the tablet for me.

    Lenovo tablet works fantastic it is easy to use touch screen is super clear easy to scroll it is a great for first time buyer and for school I would recommend this item for replacement for your old tablet or a first time buyer.
