Good Tablet- Bad Customer Experience

However, I had to return it because I wanted the tablet to support SIM Card yet it didn’t. Their display showed that it supported SIM & SD Card and we continually asked the workers if it had a SIM slot they said yes. Once we came home and set it up, approximately 1 hr & 30 min to set up, it was time to insert the SIM but it didn’t have the slot for it. So I spent an hour and 30 minutes setting it up just for it to not support the SIM. Very disappointing. Returned it to Best Buy the following day, customer service told me that they don’t sell Cellular Tablets in store or online, I would have to purchase directly from Lenovo. Another disappointment.

Got two for kids and basic games and general use runs smoothly with no slowdown. They are responsive and don't lag like some tablets in this price range. For basic use they are great.

Love that it can be connected to google account for parental control. Kids mainly use it for Roblox and have no problems. I’ve that I can setup the tablet as kidspace.
