This is exactly what I wanted. A tablet that is not too big and gives me all the apps I want. Really appreciate the strap and the stand for convenience.

Slow to start but functions adequately; plays streaming movies just fine.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with my Lenovo tablet, both in terms of product quality and customer service. From the beginning, the tablet showed serious issues that you would not expect from a reputable brand like Lenovo. The performance was slow, the device frequently froze, and the overall build quality felt cheap and unreliable. Within a short period of normal use, it became clear that this product was defective or poorly manufactured. What made the situation even worse was the lack of support from both Lenovo and Best Buy. Since the tablet was still under warranty, I expected a straightforward repair or replacement process. Instead, I was met with delays, unhelpful responses, and ultimately no proper resolution. Neither company took responsibility for fixing the issue, despite the device clearly qualifying for warranty service. I spent a significant amount of time contacting customer support, explaining the problem repeatedly, and following their instructions, only to be left without a working device. This level of service is unacceptable, especially when customers rely on warranties for protection against faulty products. Overall, this has been a frustrating and time-consuming experience. I would not recommend this Lenovo tablet to anyone, and I strongly advise potential buyers to reconsider purchasing from Lenovo or relying on warranty service through Best Buy. Very poor product quality and even worse customer service.

Overall, it’s worth the price. The screen brightness could be a bit better, but I haven’t had any other issues so far. The speaker quality is surprisingly good.

This is a way better brand for my child to have after purchasing the onn products they keep breaking down and this one is great for its price

I purchased if for a Christmas gift for someone. I can only say that the price was the best for this product. Hopefully it is good quality.

Best purchase my kids love it and I love that I can manage time and what they can watch.

It functions once I get it started, but then navigation is a little tricky. Maybe I need more time using this tablet, but I'd prefer to have my old Samsung.

Perfect for setting up our kids' accounts. Allows way more parental control and monitoring for little ones than any other tablet.

Works Very well for what I need it for so for it's been doing good on the battery life it seam to be made well so far no problems
