Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We're sorry to hear that the Tab One has fallen short of your expectations. To try to improve this, we recommend ensuring your system is up to date by checking for updates in Settings > About tablet > System update. Given that the Tab One is an entry level device with performance not in the forefront, it could be slower initially after startup, not too dissimilar to waking up and then trying to go for a run. The system may take 1-2 minutes after booting up or waking from sleep to deliver smooth performance.

We recommend running all available updates in order to ensure the device is using the newest software version. These updates can impact power regulation leading to improved performance and may enhance display drivers leading to better picture clarity. To start launch the "Settings" app, then navigate to System, click "About Tablet", finally choose "Software update" from the menu.

Would not accept return

Said the Best Buy website is a third party and would not take it back. Store did not have item in stock so I ordered from their website and then they do not accept product as theirs.
