Charging Port Went Bad Very Quickly

Bought in January and it started acting like the cable was being unplugged and plugged back in over and over, and even though the setting for the chime was turned off in Settings, it would still play it over and over again. Very annoying and frustrating for it to malfunction so soon after it was purchased and well taken care of. It was not dropped or near any spills.

This software can back up and restoration of your Tab and should resolve your software issues.

The build date on it is 09/27/24. I found out on January 20, 2025 that Lenovo considers these models as OBSOLETE!! They no longer provide ANY information about it, no customer service or support of any kind. I thought I had left my charging cable while out of town on business, so I called Lenovo to see what charger I needed to purchase. They couldn’t even tell me the proper wattage! I’ll stick with Apple products from now on, at least you get a few years worth of support for your $$$.

To clarify, the Tab Plus is expected to get operating system upgrades until Android 16 and 4 years of security patches until June 2028, and we stand by this device.
