The ability to use it as a tablet is great for younger kids. My 5 year old can use it. The ability to use touch screen makes working on it more efficient for at home work.

My twelve year old son loves this laptop! It's sturdy, yet thin & light.

My wife is quite particular about the keyboard. She gives this Lenovo her top rating for its quality, sensitive, easy to use keyboard. No complaints at all about this fast, quality laptop after 9 months of use for personal and business purposes.

I waited until I had used my ThinkPad for a long time before offering these impressions. This is the first relatively high-end computer that I've bought, mainly because I'm cheap and didn't think my use required anything more than a low-end model. I use Office and Quicken for work, and they've run fine for me on $400-500 models. But I took a bar exam in 2016 and used the ExamSoft application on a base HP laptop, which had problems (no previous issues with 2 other HPs). I passed, but this past summer I took another state's exam and decided to invest in a better unit. What a difference. The Lenovo ran flawlessly and has been completly satisfactory in all other uses. Almost 2 years in now, and it seems just as fast running everything. Very few glitches, and they've been easy to fix.

I love this computer, it has been so helpful for college and other things such as music, pictures and internet browsing. The computer is super fast which I love and adore! So worth the buy!

I purchased a Lenovo Think Pad. Wow, it is awesome. A bit of an adjustment from Windows 7 to Windows 10. Love the touch screen. It is compact and lightweight. Great for travelling.

The keyboard on this laptop is amazing. I am able to run two 24" external monitors without any issues and the pen feature is very useful for image markup and creative reviews. Plenty of power to run graphic and developer applications.

I actually took home another brand laptop and brought it back b/c so many things I didn't like. This one is much better. 2 complaints: Cursor jumps around without my input. I have the same problem with my Macbook that I bought about a year ago. Maybe a problem with the newer operating systems. Secondly, the caps button doesn't have an indicator light so that you cannot tell when caps are set. A problem when entering passwords that you are unable to see. Still I like this computer.

This laptop is very lightweight. Easy and simple. Good feel to the keyboard. The only thing I did not like was the Ethernet connection. I had to buy a adapter since it doesn't have a standard ether port Great laptop or tablet.

Perhaps the single most important feature of this laptop for me is the keyboard. When I mentioned that I was unhappy with the keyboard of my old laptop, the sales associate directed me to this ThinkPad. The touch and response of the keys remind me of a typewriter and I find I can type much faster on this keyboard. In addition, the machine boots very quickly and generally is fast thanks to the solid state drive. Now that I've experienced SSD, I will never go back. I do not use the 2 in 1 feature and rarely use the touch screen, so those are unimportant to me. This laptop suits my needs perfectly and I am very happy with it.

I bought this laptop since we develop different type of applications at our office and we wanted to have something with touch and pen input so we can target windows UWP apps along with Web Apps. It's an i5 but we've replaced the Dimm inside by a 16GB one and because of the SSD it's more than enough for most Applications. Every once in a while it will take a little bit more time during compilation than an i7 but this was within our budget and because it's a Thinkpad it has premium support which we need since we work with the machines all the time.

This solid state Thinkpad is the fastest laptop I've ever used. Having been a Thinkpad user for over 20 years, the keyboard is still the best. The additional bonus of a vibrant touchscreen makes it worth the price.

Decided to purchase a computer and join most of society. Up to this point, I relied solely on my phone. I had purchased a Canon Rebel T6i and was wanting to expand my photography and editing beyond what my phone can handle...not to mention, my phone is loaded with pics. I'm lacking in the technology knowledge so I had help in selecting my purchase. I truly appreciated the salesman being patient and not pushy. I explained my needs and plans for using it and what I was looking at paying for a computer. I settled on a laptop since I can take it anywhere. Again I am learning how to use it, but I've been very satisfied. It's nice having a screen that's at least 5x bigger than my phone, for editing pics. I am like a lil kid with my new adult toy!

Very versatile (tablet/PC). Nice touch screen - good response to touch. I prefer keyboard keys that click, but they are nice and big and hard to miss.

I purchased the computer for work purposes and I have not fully explored that aspect of the computer's capacity, however, I like the keyboard but find the touchscreen to be a bit slow. Sometimes I have to use the keyboard because the touchscreen is not responding. I like that Lenovo sends me email updates and tips. Overall, I think I made a good purchase. However, I have to buy a new printer because there were no drivers that could be installed in my new computer. The charge is not as long as advertised but I can go a full six/seven hours without charging.

Very good for work and editing documents with the stylus or using excel. Only downside is I'm not a huge fan of the mouse so I just connect my own

I used a Lenovo Thinkpad at my old job. I thought it was a great laptop so it was a no-brainer for me to look at this one. The specs meet everything I need and the added benefit of the touchscreen is very handy.

I have owned a yoga before, but not the ThinkPad version. This laptop is much more sturdy and well built. The battery life is better than on my regular yoga.
