It's hard for me to tell if this is a good laptop or not. I have had issues with it since it came out of the box, running slow, shutting down unexpectedly, programs slow loading. I have had to bring it back to Best Buy and they are working on it. It seems the issue is the installed programs all need updates. They are also going to charge me for updating it. Call me old-fashioned, but when I pay good money for a product it should be ready to go first thing out of the box. Whether this is a Lenovo issue or a Best Buy issue I don't know but it is the reason for the low rating. I may later change my opinion depending on how the issues are resolved.

Bought this for work, because like many others, recent events have created a need for us to be able to work from home periodically and our office was not set up for this. Probably was talked into a little more laptop then what I really needed (based on an IT guy helping us purchase subsequent laptops for the office) but it seems to be serving my needs so far. Not crazy about the weird mouse button in the middle of the keyboard but I do like the number pad on the side.

I got this computer for school. So far so good. There was a lag in the beginning but there was a lot updates. Other than that, the computer has been perfect for what I need.

Nice laptop but not a touchscreen and does not have a security key.

Solid business workhorse and reliable - would have been happier at this price point if this came with an SSD instead but given the difficulties obtaining laptops currently - this is a good choice.

This is my second Lenovo. I find it easy to use and fast. I bought this model after my 11 year old just plain ran out of space. My key requirements were 1. Easy to use; 2. Larger capacity. I received both. As a result of my satisfaction, my husband decided on a Lenovo.

We’ve been using this for business for 8 months now and have been very pleased. I’d recommend this for business. If you need more speed there are other options in this model also.

Solid laptop for work. Not as heavy as it looks. Perfect amount of everything for office work. I actually want another one but it is out of stock now...

I had an Owai audio system that quit and wanted an FM radio and stero system looked on the internet found a couple systems I wood consider. Once ordered the ship date was 7/14/21 it arrived 7/8/21. I was looking at the unit again on the internet and the price had dropped a large amount. I asked the fellow in the order pick up if that pertained to my unit he asked a manager to come look at the change in price and he said I could get that amount back which was put back on my Best Buy credit Card. Was pleased to get it and will spend that on other products there.

Good computer. Bought 3 for my nieces and nephew who are college students

This is a great computer for my daughter to use in college. The sound is good, and the computer is very fast.

Quick response time; easy to work with as I set up my choices.

Have bought 3 now for my employees, great price for a laptop.

Seems good so far up grade the from Home to win Pro went well nice size though I got the next size up for the calculator keyboard not a big issue bought external calculator. Easy to add warranty with Lenovo got a discount.

Laptop is very slow. performance is not good. Picture quality is great. Would be a great laptop if the speed was better.

Just bought this for one of my employees and it works perfectly! Fast, great graphics, good size, and really good looking. This machine looks to be made to last and the processor works as it should, it’s perfect for a business. Like always Lenovo makes another great computer.

This was purchased for a staff member. She said it was easy to set up and it has the keyboard she likes. She said it seemed smaller than she thought ( she had a Dell 15.6").

Service was great, the unit is slower than anticipated
