This laptop is really great for personal and office use and is also very handy to use and good battery backup.The only issue I feel that it a bit slow as its 4GB RAM .Can we exchange it with a higher version i.e. Lenovo - ThinkPad E480 14" Laptop - Intel Core I5 - 8GB Memory - 256GB Solid State Drive - Black which would be really great.
