Abysmal quality control

On the replacement Z13, the left arrow key pops off the keyboard whenever I hit the bottom of it. This is easily the worst quality control I've ever seen in a product.

I initially has hesitations due to the integrated graphics card. For background, I am transitioning from a mac to windows for its benefits with engineering (cadding and programming). I've found this to run these intensive programs and some games (minecraft, dredge, and WaW) properly. Computer does overheat a little but that is expected with the cooling limitations on a such a compact and light laptop.
