Terrible! Stay away!

No rhyme or reason. So, they said we could exchange it. This one began just randomly crashing right out of the box. Once could be a fluke- but twice? Junk- don't waste your money or time.

Do Not Buy!

Geek squad worked on it twice thinking it was a software issue and could not correct. Wasted 2 days running back and forth and testing. First time buying Lenovo and will be my last. Where is the quality control?

Monitor screen too small.

Hard drive failure 1yr, Screen failure 2yr
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This laptop had hard drive failure after 1 year, which luckily fell into the warranty period, but a year after that the screen started failing. The screen is now permanently bright pink and green and burns imprints of anything on the screen. I have done every troubleshooting strategy possible such as updating the drivers, checking the processor, uninstalling and reinstalling drivers, all kinds of things, and nothing has fixed it. It was really expensive and I barely got two years out of it.
