cant get apps

I bought it for travel and cannot download the xfinity app to get my shows. Also, there are no real cases for it that aren't outrageous and are difficult to find. I wish I could take it back but my 2 weeks are over. I wouldn't recommend for travel, but as a second lap top it's fine.

Not a good laptop

I watched the review and comparison videos online and really took my time making my decision. For the past few years I have been an iPhone user and would have loved to get an iPad but wasn't ready to spend the money for it, so I got what I thought was the next best thing for my budget. Well I was WRONG! As soon as I opened the package I set it up and played with it for a while. The next morning at work I went to turn it on and IT WOULDN'T TURN ON!!!! I took it back to the store for tech support and it turned right on!! Go figure! So I kept it, used it that night and the next morning at work...WOULDN'T TURN ON!!!! So in my 3 days of owning it I was only able to use it twice. Not a good buy! I left Best Buy, went straight to Verizon and my husband splurged and bought me a new iPad!!! What I should have done in the first place!
