Also, it takes a while for the laptop to start up. I downloading Google Chrime on my desktop screen; however, it won't open. Also, I have been careful and gentle with my laptop, but somehow, the exterior is damaged

Be sure to create a restore point on your system before you make any changes or download new software to your system. Hard to beat
