Can't beat this little laptop!

I purchased this laptop at the beginning of February this year (2016). I went into the store one night with the intent of purchasing a PC. Never gave these little touchscreen PC's any thought. But after messing around with it in the store, I was sold! I am glad I decided on this one. One very positive detail for me right out of the box with this laptop, is it was NOT loaded down with a ton of factory programs! Lenovo is the only brand I have seen like that! Despite what some reviews here might say, I haven't had a single issue with it! I haven't done any gaming with it, because I am not a gamer. But everything else I have done with it, works flawlessly! It does/will seem kind of small if you're coming from a desktop or another laptop with a bigger screen. But once you use it for awhile, it's not an issue. And really not bad at all. I am addicted too the touchscreen on this thing. I will never be able too own a computer from now on, unless it has a touchscreen! Battery life on this for me is great. I can go 4-5 hours on a single full charge. (I believe that is what the box states anyhow). It seems too me when it comes too Windows 10, people either hate it or they love it. Personally, I like Windows 10. So that on this little PC, is not an issue at all for me. It works great on this PC. Overall, if you are looking for some lightweight, easy too use, with the speed you need, I would go check this laptop out!

I was excited about the openbox deal on this one. Kept getting an error message about missing hardware. Took it back and exchanged for a different model. Great form and size but didn't work out

I bought this laptop so I could use it for school and homework. It lasted one month of working just fine. When I tried to turn on my laptop for class it took 10 minutes to start up it was completely stuck on the start up screen and would not go any further. I found this super weird since it worked perfectly fine the night before. Now it won't even turn on although it is fully charged, and it totally crapped out on me before I was able to finish my homework for the weekend. I spent $200 for nothing.

Dead out of the box. Very disappointed with this problem. This is the 3rd time I've purchased a product from Best Buy and it not charge/not work coming out of the box (1st was Bluetooth headset, then 2 PCs)
Extremely disappointed with Lenovo. I had a ThinkPad T420 that I used for years and it NEVER gave me an issue. It's a shame these new products are built to snuff as the "old", reliable PCs they used to make.
Will return to Best Buy tomorrow and see what else is out there.

This system did receive an initial charge of the battery at the factory but that charge dissipates over time. Try plugging in your system for an hour then give it a try.

This laptop has a great number of features that I like. There have been some issues since upgraded to Windows 10 such as the mouse disappearing when returning from tablet mode. It also used to switch modes automatically but does not anymore. You have to manually change it on the side now. The build of the computer is pretty good, it looks good and is thin and has a great touchscreen. The keyboard is horrible though as well as the touchpad. The keyboard is flimsy and misses a lot of characters when typing. The touchpad is not very responsive and often times needs to be touched pretty hard to function. The battery life has been pretty good so far, it runs and starts up pretty quickly. Windows app store does not have a great selection of apps. For the price this is a great laptop.

Exceeds Expectations!

I'll start off with saying that before this laptop, my primary computer was a 17" HP. This being said, I've grown accustomed to a large screen over the course of the last 4 years. However, I wanted an upgrade, and I wanted something smaller, lighter, and more portable and easy to transport. The 2-in-1 seemed like a great idea, and this computer had the best reviews for the price range I was looking for. I've had it for maybe 3 weeks now and it took some getting used to, but I have come to absolutely love this little computer. I've really only ever used my computer for school, but with this laptop's ability to have different functions, I have found myself downloading free games through the windows store, and really enjoying playing them! I use pinterest a lot to find recipes while cooking, and the tent mode will assist me perfectly on the kitchen counter. This laptop is plenty fast enough, the sound is great, and the graphics far exceed expectations. I am now able to use my personal laptop for way more than just a computer. Yes, the screen is smaller than I am used to, but I appreciate the small size of the computer, and it is SO easy to zoom in and out with the touch of my fingers. Over all, a great buy! I am more than satisfied with my purchase!

sweet little number

I've owned, used, and fixed over a dozen laptops in the past 3 years. This little number I got for the flexibility of use in many environments. I must say I've grown to like it very much.
The minor issue I have are the keys which have shallow depth of travel, a need due to the shape, not a deal breaker but there are so few things to complain about on this guy.
the chip a quad core atom baytrail is good for most everyday tasks including office and having a few screens / programs open. The display is very nice IPS touchscreen, standard resolution, but on an 11.6" not an issue. I cloned a Samsung ssd into it, should have done that a while ago takes the performance up close to the $1k laptops at less than 1/2 the total cost.
If you looking for a good portable very dependable laptop with upward possibilities and decent battery life, this just may be your ticket.

I purchased a new laptop which has seemed to work fine so far. With my new laptop I purchased Office 365 as well. It has been 3 months and I'm getting error saying Word is not installed. I'm very upset and cannot stand getting these types of things fixed, especially when I JUST PURCHASED IT!
