awesome laptop

I like the idea having your laptop used as a pad. I couldn't compare this with the Microsoft brands as it is unfair as I don't have them.

convenient and portable

I like the option to upgrade ram but was sd to hear the hard drive was soldered on. I love the complete flip option to have a teepee style.

I can easily type papers on it and the way it can sit at any angle is perfect for things like Netflix. The one and only thing I don't like about it is that it's almost too touchy. I find myself bringing things up and opening search bars and changing settings that I very lightly may have motioned over without even realizing I was touching it, while that's great when I want it intentionally it can be very annoying when I don't..

Suffers from poor touchpad design

Built as one integrated panel, the mouse buttons are very difficult to press without moving the cursor at the same time. Maybe not a problem for many users, but for work requiring precision placement of the cursor into a line of text for example, it is a chore and causes great frustration. I wouldn't recommend it for this reason alone. I believe the next newest model has separate buttons built into the touchpad that address this shortcoming. I would buy that model.
