I'm disappointed with Lenovo because they say all of their products now come with Pokki start menu installed but they DO NOT. The mouse cursor was jumpy and would get stuck more often than not. Would definitely have to use a USB mouse.

This is a very nice small laptop... So far (after removing pre installed virus scan software) not many issues.. It does the windows 8 crash sometime, mainly in internet explorer, so use opera or chrome and that will help. You do need to goto the Lenovo website and download new drivers!!!

I love the touch aspect of the screen, not as awkward as I thought it was going to feel. But the touch screen feels natural and a nice 4g of ram on such a small screen is nice as well

This laptop is great if you just want to surf the web, anything that requires more horse power you are out of luck. The laptop comes with a panfully slow 5400RPM hard drive THAT CANNOT BE REPLACED with a ssd or regular sata drive.

It is small and works for what i wanted it for. Its small and still has the big screen to see my programs.

Its light weight and it gets the job done ........

Laptop cracked within two weeks of having it - with absolutely no damage on my half. When brought to geek squad to be fixed they assured me they would fix it, two weeks later I get a call it can't be fixed and they would replace it for me. I go to get the new laptop, and instead they give me in store credit, minus the warranty I purchased, and informed me they have no laptops in that price range. Very displaced with the laptop and all over experience I had with bestbuy in this matter.

IT is really lightweight and is great for on the go. It is great for students and professionals

super easy to handle, lightweight, convenient.. only problem is hard to find a very durable case due to the way the screen spins around.

I like the size and weight of the laptop. It does get warm quickly which is a concern to me. I can't access some of my files we had transferred from my desktop. It is easy to use. Crisp and clear coloring and lighting.

The computer is the perfect size, making it portable but too small that its hard to type. It folds into different functions that makes it extremely useful. I feel as if I have a tablet and computer in one for a better price. It came with great apps I had never used before. It has a ton of storage space that I don't even know what to use it on. Competes with the mac but the value makes this product better, in my opinion

Very disappointed in the speed of the computer, will probably return and exchange. My laptop that is 5 years old runs faster.

Works well. Decent speed. Easy to use. Charger/cable/battery started to malfunction after 1 month. Plugged in at times but not charging. Good value for the price.

Had to return the computer it shut down and refuse to come back on after it was powered up. The worst purchase i ever made would never purchase a lenovo product again.

The laptop itself seems fine. But the touchpad has a mind of it's own. I've reinstalled the driver 10 times, and adjusted every setting. But the touchpad is a total loss. External mouse, it works fine. Lame!

This is a solid laptop and it is great for students. The only complaint i have about it is that since it folds over into a tablet, the back piece of my laptop unclicks itself from the rest of the laptop... but it's not too big of an issue. I have had this laptop for a couple of months and haven't had any other problems with it. I have used it in classes without it being plugged in, and it lasted through.

The design is great, with the multiple ways to use it. The battery life is good, and the screen resolution is good. The speed of launching programs is very slow. The use of programs is oftentimes slow to respond. Speed is something I was definitely expecting when upgrading from my 4 year old laptop - my old laptop was much quicker. I'm not a gamer, nor have downloaded a lot of new programs. It is primarily used for web access and a few office docs.
