Have had a few lock-ups with the windows 8.1, but have been able to restart with success. The processor speed and memory are just what I need for a portable laptop/tablet. I find myself turning the laptop on and off. so i go to best buy with my happy face exchange the product but no they didn't do anything because its been 30 days. very disappointed

When I went to hook it up to my TV I realized it did not have a regular size HDM1 port compatible with the cable I have. It has a micro HDM port so I need to go buy a new cable if I want to use it with the TV. I also found out too late that it does not have a port to connect a standard modem to if I'm someplace without wireless access. I was told I could get an adaptor but, again, the cables I have are not compatible.

The size and portability is fantastic, but there were evidently some trade offs. The computer doesn't run smoothly, has a small battery life, and the keyboard and mouse continually disconnect. I wish I would've spent the money on a higher end Lenovo or gone to a different brand.
