We purchased this laptop to use for my wife for school and it worked ok for 8-10 months. Now the monitor or power supply has stopped working. I have tried multiple things to see what the issue may be and the customer support line is useless. We did not purchase the extended warranty because we figured it would at least last 3-5 years and wouldn't have any issues especially like this. Very unsatisfied and will most likely buy an Apple Macbook now.

It's functional. It has a good processing speed. It has a good display. I gave it 4 stars only because I would like to see it convert into a tablet .

I am very disappointed. The Best Buy salesman recommended it to replace a similar HP that was under warranty. Now problems with this. Is It the screen flipping backwards that causes it to not be reliable.

I absolulty loved my computer while it still worked. About a week ago... Not long after I bought it... It just shut off and ever since when you turn it on it stays on black screen that says lenevo and won't do anything else... What makes it worse is I live so far away from a Best Buy I haven't been able to bring it to tech support... I'm ticked that I spent that much money and it just quit working. I probably will never shop there again!

When I bought this computer I wasn't looking for a high end performance (I bought it for work and didn't want to spend a lot of money on it) but after the slow performance (do to the Intel Pentium processor) and the issues with the computer, I just had to take a step up, so I got an ASUS with better processor, larger ram and still a 2-in-1. Yeah I spent more money but it was worth every penny. So the issues... My friend and I got this computer and right away I had problems. If I started in tablet mode the touch screen keyboard would disappear and not allow me to type in my password. The screen would dim and brighten at random times (though I believe it is a driver issue, and yes I updated the driver/fresh installed and it still happened). It would only half of the time recognize the different yoga modes (would have to go from tablet mode to tent mode and then do it again for it to registrar. Then, 11 days later, it refused to turn on (plugged in or no). I took it back. My friend has had no issues with hers, other than the dimming and brightening randomly screen.

This laptop works really good, but 15 days after I purchased this laptop it wouldn't reboot. Apparently this laptop is notorious for this rebooting problem. The only way to fix my laptop was to send it in to the manufacturer for two weeks to replace the whole hard drive so I was out of a laptop for the time being. It also came back formatted so all my school work was gone. It works fine now but who knows if it'll do that again.

The 2:1 has made life so much easier. We can use it as a laptop, or a tablet in seconds. The graphics are awesome, and its speed is surprising. We are very happy with our purchase.

Overall this computer is OK. Was not happy that it had to be sent for repair after only having it for 34 days. Computer would not turn on and would not charge. Was covered under warranty but was not acceptable for such a new computer!

I bought this to replace my Acer netbook. I liked the idea of the Yoga and in it's more expensive incarnations I think it is still a great idea. This model, however, was a big disappointment. Fortunately Best Buy has a great return policy and this one went back. My issues with this computer: 1) Very slow. I realize this is a Pentium, but I'm comparing it to an Atom running Windows 7 so I would expect it to be at least faster than that. I'm not sure what the issue was, but it really was painfully slow. 2) Touch screen felt flimsy. The hinges are on the edges and the middle is flimsy to the touch. There is a lot of movement of the screen using the touch feature. 3) It kept turning off. I could not get it to run more than a couple of minutes at a time. Probably just an issue with this particular computer, but it was the final straw for this computer. The price for the features is very attractive, but save your money and put it towards a better unit.
