Very light, touch screen, also works as a tablet, my son loves it.

Lap top is verstile and easlly converted to be used like a tablet.

For me, it is a wonderful laptop. I purchased it for everyday work. It is an amazing laptop because of the touch screen. What's more, because of the solid state drive, this laptop saves a lot of time for me comparing with my old one.

I bought this at BB opened box and have been using it for a few weeks now. Great laptop. My configuration is 8GB RAM with 128GB SSD. i5 4210U CPU I wanted to write this review to help others who have the same questions I had about upgrade and known issues. -Fan noise: Yes the fan will crank ONLY when the CPU is working hard. I think the fan is not to loud but you will know it is running. I upgraded the BIOS from Lenovo site and the fan seems to quiet down some. So no big issue. -HDD upgrade: Most websites and tutorials show only the Yoga 13 internal and it has a second SSD port. Yoga 2 13 DOESN'T have a 2nd SSD port! The only way to upgrade the 128GB SSD is to swap out the existing Samsung SSD. The type of drive is M.2 2280 SSD (Narrow and long version). Instead of upgrading, I am using the SD memory slot my data. I found Transcend sells the JetDrive Lite330 with 128GB which is 1/2 smaller than the regular SD memory and fits nice/flush inside the notebook. You will not even notice the drive here. So for a small fraction of cost, I upgraded my storage without opening the computer.. -LAN Port: I got a Anker USB 3.0 + 1 Giga Ethernet port hub. This solves my USB port and LAN connection problem. The display on this machine is excellent. So far the machine is running well. Hope this helps.

I am pleased with my Lenovo Yoga; When it comes to my equipment, I am demanding, with little patience. I want my equipment to be dependable and meet all of my needs. The Lenovo Yoga has not only met, but exceeded my expectations.

Bought this laptop for myself before school started and I couldn't be more happy with this decision. Havent had any problems with it. Battery life is awesome. Graphics are amazing. And not to mention it is insanely fast! Love it!

Easy to navigate, great screen quality, love the touchscreen.

I had it for a week, but reluctantly returned it. After purchasing my daughter's school laptop had to be replaced so took this back and replaced with 2 other brand - one for her one for me. Loved it for the week I had it! Fast, great resolution, Chef feature is a great program I found very useful, and the rotation of the 2in1 very convenient.

Love the rubberized feel of the keyboard, this is a fast machine that doubles as a laptop.. the keyboard folds back and acts as a stand, so its easy to use to watch movies on the plane.

I was torn between this and the Surface Pro 3 equivalent. I decided on this, partially because I did not want to shell out another $120 for a keyboard. The Lenovo Yoga 2 was, in my opinion, the better choice. With cloud storage, there is no real need for a larger SSD. It's mainly there for start up speeds and fast application launching. Great features (some of which were unnecessary and can be uninstalled easily). I use this laptop only for school, and run some CPU intensive programs such as MatLab. This thing powers through large codes in just a few minutes (my old laptop could take over an hour for the same code). Given the chance, I probably would have went with the i7, but Best Buy only offers the i7 with a 256gb SSD, and is slightly more expensive. Overall this is a great buy, and I swore I wouldn't use the convertible features out of fear of wearing out the screen connections, but the tablet and tent positions are just too awesome, and I can still use it as a laptop if I want to.

When typing I find the space bar requires a very firm "hit" or often it does not recognize and record the space. This is very frustrating and a pain. Is it my computer only? Should I return it to see if a replacement would perform better?

Was looking for a new upgrade for the wife to replace an aging Windows XP system. The Lenovo Yoga 2 is sleek, sturdy, and powerful, and to top it all off, it can double as a touch-optimized Windows 8.1 tablet when needed. Great HD screen and graphics card too.

I wish that the computer would have come with a hard copy operation manual that would explain more about key strokes for the provided software. Moving from screen to screen/app to app closing each etc. is easier in windows 7 then in windows 8.1 Leaving it to hit.or miss is very discouraging. Otherwise great piece of hardware.

This was my first lap top purchase on my own. Visited the store twice to speak with the best buy team. I found them very helpful and my choices were narrowed down to either an apple or this product. I am happy with my selection. It was relatively easy to set up, has an excellent battery life, and looks fantastic.
