A great notebook/tablet combo for small business
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Lenovo got all the right bells and whistles on this one... lightweight, GREAT screen resolution with touch, backlight keyboard, and multi-mode physical design, all a perfect compliment to Windows 8.

Great laptop
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It is good laptop with great feqtures. Price of laptop is bit high but when compared to other laptops it has very great features. I had some problems with power button initially, lenova replqced it for free to me. When used for long times in normal laptop mode it gets heated.

No waiting with this one
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The hybrid drive is super fast. It powers up in an instant and navigates seamlessly. The beefy resolution it's nice for watching movies but creates a scaling issue software. This is an easy fix with a right click from the home screen to adjust the resolution to 1600x900 for day to day operation and pump it up for movies or games. I sold this to another customer who happened to be a commercial pilot. I travel with mine all the time as well. For a couple hundred bucks more it is worth upgrading to this machine from the less powerful yoga 2.

Love the flexibility, but the screen-not so much
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. What initially sold me on this laptop was the reliability, the solid state drive & the flexibility to be a tablet, tent or laptop. However, as I began to use it, I found the screen is very dim & difficult to see when it is running on the battery, not plugged in. In order to extend the battery life, I would prefer to run it off the battery, but I find that I can barely see the screen unless I can plug it in (especially in bright light). In addition, even when it is plugged in, the screen gets dimmer, then brightens again after 30 seconds, very annoying. The Lenovo came with Windows 8 which I am still learning. W8 is very different from other Windows, and not intuitive. I do plan on taking W8 classes which should help. (I cannot figure out how to organized my photos into folders, nor set up the email app.) On the positive side, I travel with it & it is very thin & lightweight. The computer is fine, but I would not buy it again because of the dim screen.

Nice laptop
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've had a few issues while using this, however I am thinking it's merely the software/programs I'm using. I'm still getting used to Windows 8 format with the various programs. I do like the quickness of this machine with it's solid state hard drive system. It is a lot more money than, I believe it's worth. Overall, I like my purchase.

Great Ultrabook with some drawbacks
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had a 1st gen Yoga and when they announced the Ypga 2 I knew I would upgrade. I went from 4/128gb to the 8/256gb model as the original was cramped for space. The back-lit keyboard was another must have item. I am not yet sure of the 3200 X 1800 screen is necessary, and in some programs the icons are way to small. The sd card slot no longer allows flush insertions (which negates my using my 128gb card used with my older Yoga.

I am loving this laptop/tablet!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am really enjoying my Yoga Pro 2! My parents allowed me to pick the laptop of my choice for graduation and I studied the reviews and spent alot of time researching and this was my choice. We like this so much that my mom wants to buy one for herself now.

Great Laptop...but with issues
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I really like this laptop. The flexibility of a laptop and a tablet all in one is great. However, Lenovo has a problem with the keyboard becoming unresponsive and the WiFi adapter shutting down. Hopefully this will get resolved soon.

Lousy Documentation/Support
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. There are a lot of things to like about the Yoga 2 Pro. But what I don't like is the lack of adequate documentation by both Best Buy and Lenovo. For example, BB advertises it as coming with various items of software installed, including Nitro Pro. When I went to open the User Guide,it opened in Nitro Pro, but a window popped up telling me I had a trial version. Nothing on my receipt, in the emails from Best Buy or in the documentation that came with the computer explained what to do. I had to go to the store and talk to the Geek Squad, who told me to go home and look at my receipt for an activation code. I went back home and looked through everything. No activation code. i called BB online customer support. They told me to sign into my online account go into account overview, then go into Digital Library. Again - NONE of this was explained to me in any documentation. But even when I went into the Digital Library, there were no activation codes or any downloads of any kind. BB is now SUPPOSED to send me any and all activation codes and other info by email. But I'm not holding my breath. So 3stars - 4.5 stars for the device itself. 1.5 stars for BestBuy and Lenovo documentation and support.

Excellent screen resolution & portability
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Almost instantly on, exceptional screen quality, easy to transport to clients or carry onto an aircraft. Previously I used only 17.3" laptops, but this Lenovo is the perfect sized laptop. I own 3 of these laptops (the i7, ani5 and a very first version release) - coupled with Office 365, I am productive anywhere in the world.
