    I bought from best buy laptop ,tv, printer, laptop case, external cd drive means more than 2000 $ but just gave me 25$ bonus and I think it is not fair

    I have had no issues with it. Drivers and intel need updated when you first turn it on Does not tell you to but you have to manually do it yourself

    The size and feel of it are great. The SSD is fast, silent and produces little heat. The resolution is great though not if you use RDP to work on other servers or PCs which do not have the same resolution. The wireless and mouse are a bit flaky as well. Overall performance is great.

    The laptop worked great at first, but after a week the display began to produce static, and eventually it blue-screened. I returned it for refund. Best Buy customer service accepted the return without a problem.
