different to use

Dissapointing

How ever when I got it home and started to set it up I realized there is NO CD player. So there is no way to add Programming that I already own. And I have NO desire to Download and repay for programs I already own on disk. and there is also no way to play musical disks that I already own

Brand new came broken and bad service
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I recently purchased this laptop from Best Buy and after about two weeks the mouse started to malfunction and move around to spots where I didnt click. I went to two Best Buys to seek some support and/remedy but it was past their 14 day (insanely short) return policy and Geek Squad couldnt help. Because I didnt buy the extended warranty, Best Buy told me to seek remedy from Lenovo. Here I am having paid $1000 for a brand new laptop and, as a small business owner who uses it on a daily basis, have to now figure out how to fix a NEW laptop on my own because Best Buy was not willing to help. Needless to say, this will be my last purchase from Best Buy, especially for expensive equipment. Very very disappointed.
