    In farness we purchased an open box item. However within 1 1/2 months we had to take the unit in 3 times to the Greek Squad unit in Best Buy. Not counting 4-5 hours on line with the folks. Unit had virus,,,,,,,,,,,the unit was hard to go get on the internet. There also seem to be some stuck keys, for the unit would go into a frizze going from screen to screen, without me touching anything. I finally ended up returning unit to get an Apple. The unit maybe good when fresh from the start, however my experience wasn't good..............
