Took it back to best buy and they said that it was an internal hardwire issue. Luckily it was within a two week exchange period and I got another new one. This new computer's mouse moves by itself and goes crazy but at least it works.

It doesnt even allow me to click on anythin, so i have to force it off with the side button. So i can only use it for 15 minutes before i have to turn it off and loose all my data! Unfortunately, i am overseas and not able to return it. I have read other reviews on other sites and this is a recurrent "ghost" problem. Do not buy it unless you know how to fix this.
