However, this laptop kept crashing and requiring a hard reset . Exchanged it for a Mac Book Air despite the better functionality and speed of this Lenovo

The bluetooth mouse I bought continuously disconnects, as does the internet. After going to Best Buy to inquire about the issue I was told the laptop/tablet might already had been infected with a virus when I bought it or that the new windows might have some issues. Now I have to spend around $200 to get it fixed. And to make matters worse, the new Microsoft Office has for numerous times not responded thereby erasing changes I made to a file.

With regard to the WiFi connectivity, you may want to follow the link below to Lenovo.com support-drivers and look for network WiFi driver updates for your specific system. Be sure to create a restore point on your system before you make changes, then when you have fixed the issue, create a new restore point, after the fix. Here is the link:

Still having screen issues

(Of course, Lenovo doesn't call it spyware; it acts like it's a feature, not a bug.)
