    Defective, poor warranty support - Buyer beware!

    Impressive on first look, but here are my issues: 1) Out of box wifi connection issue, Wifi sometimes showing not available when, in fact it was. Had to call support and get them to fix it (which they did). 2) After a few more days, touchscreen & mouse starting showing erratic behavior. It's an intermittent problem. The screen looks like it's being pressed in 20 places at once, flashing, making the computer unusable for a short period. At first, I thought it was a fluke, so I didn't return it. But now after 4 weeks, it is happening frequently, making the computer very unreliable. 3) I called support - They insisted they cannot help me unless I purchase software warranty support. This is unacceptable. I've had the computer for less than 30 days, and it appears to have a hardware problem - but they wouldn't even look at it without purchasing an additional service. If you want to risk throwing away $900, then go ahead & buy this unreliable device.

    Can't say I've ever been more disappointed in a product - however, I think it's mostly Windows 10, not Lenovo. I'm a Chrome user, so some could be that, but I'm not going to switch anytime soon. Does not work well in tablet mode. I've had for a month and every day discover a new issue. It's touted as "Microsoft Office included," but does not come on the machine - you have to buy the subscription-based Office 365. Screen rotation lags and freezes, no "pinching" to resize text, very heavy to use as a tablet, constantly losing the screen I was on, Windows app store very limited. Called Lenovo Support and reset the BIOs to resolve some issues - they were very helpful - but still having issues with user friendly aspects. I miss my Windows 7 laptop and Android tablet - those were purchased 5 years ago - they're slowing down and overheating - and foresee using them until they totally kick the bucket.

    Lenovo thinkpad yoga 3 laptop

    I bought my lenovo laptop 14 inch thinkpad 2-in-1 about two months ago, and after two weeks my laptop has been infected with serious malware. I tried to clean my laptop several times but the issue was not detected through scanning. I also reset my laptop several times but didn't do any good. Also, there are issues with the adapter because I often lose internet connection. I thought lenovo laptops are a good brand, but I am very disappointed with my purchase. I wish I can return or exchange the laptop but best buy has a policy for return/exchange of only 15 days. So, if anybody has any good solution to the issues that I am having, I would very much appreciate.

    Lenovo Horrible Customer Support

    Best Buy has many other great brands that have much better customer support. When you call Lenovo you get outsourced support. You cannot speak to a supervisor in the US right away. They give you an email and/or phone number and you much leave them a message. It takes 2 to 3 days AT LEAST for them to return your email or call. My laptop has had two critical malfunctions in six months and it's been a nightmare with warranty. If you buy a Lenovo make sure you buy the Best Buy Geek Squad support. You'll need that!

    I had such high hopes for this laptop, but it has soooo many problems. The wireless never works, yet all my other devices work just fine on it. The mouse is always jumping around and clicking randomly. Working or using this computer is impossible, and its not reliable enough for school or work, which is why I bought it.

    I'm having the same problem a lot of other people have, ghosting. The screen goes a little crazy, touch bubbles pop up all over, things are opened and closed. I bought this open box, now I know why it was returned and I will be doing the same thing tomorrow!

    Great laptop

    I purchased this product for collage and so far it has worked wonders. It's very reliable and sturdy. My only complaint would be that there is no option to insert disk. But if that isn't an issue for you personally I'd highly recommend it!

    I bought this pc recently and it is not even half way through its warranty. It has been nothing but problems. Once I get rid of this Lenovo product I will never buy another one!
