    The keys don't work. Writing fast is impossible. The pictures Windows10 uses are useful if you are illiterate. I have to strike keys 3-5 times. Every other word does not type. The touch pad gets in the way. I miss my ThinkPad. The machine does turn on fast. It is not for someone who writes a lot

    I have to call Geek Squad. I keep losing internet connectivity & no issues with other computers in the house. Also not fond of windows 10 but will be ok once I get used to it. Usually a Dell fan but went on opinion of sales person who was very helpful. Very unsure of this brand at the moment. I hope it doesn't have to be returned.
