Hinge over heats, scree bubbles & cracks. Even though Lenovo & Best Buy are aware of this B.B. does not want to honor their 15 day exchange policy. Run from this one as fast as you can. Go to lenovo site before buying......

I love the fact that is has no fan which makes it even thinner. While it does not have a disc drive because of how thin it is, things like Netflix are so common now it doesn't bother me at all. Overall, wonderful laptop and so glad I purchased it!

Unable to Load Windows

When it's turned on, it shows its loading but doesn't. The night before, the back of the computer where the battery is got very hot while I was using it. So, I turned it off. Was not able to turn it back on again. I have been looking all over for the purchase receipt and can't find it.

Still no issues with the hinge, and it still runs all of the current applications with no issues. Good product. Would recommend this and any future generations of the format.

I asked for a great laptop to use for school, and they pulled this. It has fast processing speeds and is great for multitasking. I don't use the tablet feature much, but my son loves it.

Nice laptop, really thin & fast

Wifi is terrible

Unfortunately, if you don't purchase warranty you will be sadly disappointed. The memory storage doesn't support for multiple document storage, pictures and downloads. Into month 2 of my purchase I incurred slower than usual internet speeds, the Wi-Fi kept disconnecting and it was all due to the memory storage. Sadly disappointed I didn't get the insurance, it was to expensive to purchase... Don't buy this machine if you like to use your laptop for day to day!!!

You can use this to add up to an additional 512GB of solid state storage to this device. With regard to the other issues you mention with your device, there may be driver updates for your specific system. Follow the link below to look for new driver updates for your specific system. You can also run diagnostics from the Lenovo site as well. As always, be sure to create a restore point on your system before you make any changes. Here is the link:
