Great product
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Excellent computer for a non-too-heavy user. It is the lightest notebook available. The tablet function works fine too, but the keyboard is a bit inconvenient when on reverse.

Posted .Thank you for choosing the Lenovo Yoga 3 Pro. We are pleased to hear that the Yoga 3 Pro is working out for you. With regard to the keyboard position when in tablet mode, the keyboard is shut off in tablet mode so you don't need to worry about inadvertent entries by touching the keyboard in the tablet mode.

Not so great for windows 10
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Slow performance on virtually all programs in windows 10. Had some minor issues with windows 8 before, but the problem became much worse with the upgraded win10. Core M is likely the culprit of this.

Worst purchase ever
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My daughter took this to Italy with her for her first year of college. It died after 1 month. No power. She purchased a new power cord thing that was the problem. No such luck Turns out, it's the motherboard and it is a HUGE problem with all of the Yoga 3's. My daughter already knows 7 students at her college with the SAME problem. You have to return it to Lenovo for repair and wait forever. She's a college student without a computer now. Not to mention we had to pay $80 to ship it from Italy to the US to have it repaired.

Do not buy!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We bought two Yoga 3 Pros yesterday on Black Friday. Within 6 mins of taking it out of the box, I had a problem with a 'black screen' and was on the phone with customer service. 16 hours later, the new problem is I cannot connect to the internet. It is now going back to Best Buy within 24 hoursbof purchasing it. The other computer has a battery issue and needs to be returned as well. In one word, this computer stinks. Do not buy it!

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Im a pretty good computer/notebook user. I was told by the sales the guys that this company was huge and they had no problems with them. Seems out of the box write after setup and charging computer got real slow had to input things more than once, I was very put off at this pc. Please don't waist your time. Thanks

Bad product, service even worse
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Where do I start? I bought a Lenovo Yoga computer from BestBuy (BB) with 3 years Geek Squad (GS). Machine looked sleek, light, good screen. BTW, the "Solid state drive" is really a bunch of flash rams, not a real drive. If any fail, you are in big trouble. False advertising to say the least. I went to BB instead of Amazon, thinking the local store would provide service that Amazon would not. Was I ever wrong. A few months later, we had problems. As with other reviewers, the network adapter was fading in and out, keyboard was failing and finally, it would not power up. Wife took it to the store, came home saying the service was terrible. They would not listen to what the problem was and were rude. I kept checking the status on line, seemed strange, kept telling me that the computer was repaired, tested but then they order parts again, repair. Infinite loop. I called GS, they were of no help, the customer service is disconnected from the repair. No influence. This became a theme. I went to the store. In short, they were rude, two people walked away in a huff (I did not use profanity nor anything similar) and would not compete the escalation request. Just gave me attitude and poor service. Then another manager came out, clearly intending to fight, his body language was terrible. He just defended his people without knowledge, did not care about satisfying or helping me in any manner. Everyone said, we cannot help you, we are just retail. But BB owns GS, why the disconnect? My computer is still in la la land, two weeks have passed. I will be contacting the corporate office. They have a culture problem, their customer service people do not care one iota. I spent a few thousand in that store, never again. I suggest you avoid the Lenovo (these same problems have been experienced by others, check the reviews). Avoid this store (located in Mohegan Lake, NY) if possible. If you have a product problem, they will not back it up at all. Overall, this company seems broken.

I would never recommend this
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this laptop because the college I was attending had a deal with lenovo. Lenovo trained all of our computer technicians to fix their different line of laptops and our school informed us that if we had lenovo laptops and every need to get them fixed or borrow a school laptop we could do it at no charge. The first week I had the laptop I experienced so many problems. I could never leave the computer unused for longer than 5 minutes or it would start to glitch and open of different apps on the laptop. Also I could not charge the laptop unless I had the charger in a weird position. I recorded a video pf the laptop glitching and took it to the technicians on campus first who kept the laptop for two days and ran every test they could and said there was nothing wrong. I then took it to geek squad where they also told me that there was nothing wrong with the laptop and maybe I had just hit a button that caused the laptop to do that. I was not able to return the laptop because I was away at school and my father had the recent from purchasing the laptop. Even though i've heard plenty of people say that lenovo is a great brand for laptops I will never purchase another one or recommend them to anyone if they ask me about them.

Posted .This system is equipped with OneKey Recovery System. There is a button on the right side. It is a very small button. You will need a pencil or pen to push it. This button should boot your system to your log in point. You can also follow the link below to Lenovo.com support-drivers to look for driver updates for your system. Be sure to create a restore point on your system before you make any changes or download any new software. Hope this helps:
