She says it is the best computer she has ever used. When I needed a new computer this year I ended up getting the same one. The cloth back on this computer still looks great after a year and she has had no issues with the computer's performance.

I mostly use it for running MS office tools. It handles all of that with ease. Display is bright and nice. Touch screen is very responsive. One issue is opening the lid. There’s no notch or grove to help open the lid. I have to grab it at the corner and use both hands to open the lid. Body edges are sharp.

I purchased this when it was on sale for $549 and it's a steal at that price. This laptop has one of the most powerful CPUs on the market. The battery life on this laptop is insane!! Even though the chassis is made out of plastic, it looks and feels premium(similar to the S20 FE build quality). It has fast charging, a beautiful screen and is ultra-quiet. The only complaint I have is the ram is not upgradeable. I'm currently using Photoshop, illustrator with 7 other programs running in the background with no issue.

It’s perfect & petite enough to carry around in my purse on the go for & for School. I like fabric cover and the light up keyboard. Chief complaint was that the webcam quit working after the first Windows update. Kudos to Best Buy In Store Tech Support though. They diagnosed the problem and corrected it quickly. I knocked a star because of Windows problem, not Best Buy's fault.

Posted .We are sorry to hear that you had an issue with a Windows 10 update to your Lenovo Yoga 6 13. After any Windows 10 update, check to be sure all of the BIOS files and drivers are up to date with the new version of Windows 10. Older BIOS and drivers can cause the issues you describe with your webcam. You can easily accomplish this by scanning the computer with the Lenovo Utility software available on this computer. This system has Lenovo utilities installed to help maintain the health of the device and keep the operating system software up to date. Type "Lenovo Vantage" in the Cortana Search window (if Lenovo Vantage is not installed on your device, you can download the APP and install it now). Select Lenovo Vantage from the list. In the window that opens, click on "Health and Support". In the expanded menu, select "Hardware Scan" In the window that opens, select "Run Quick Tests". This will scan your entire system for errors. Follow any directions that may pop up. If the problem continues after this scan, now click on "System Update". First select Windows update from the menu. Scan your system to be sure you have the latest version of Windows 10. Once that scan is complete, select "Additional Updates". This will scan your device to be sure there are no new BIOS/Driver updates needed. Follow any instructions that may pop up. If the issue still continues after these updates, we recommend you call Lenovo Tech Support at: 877-453-6686 for additional help.

I needed something to do schoolwork with and this fits the bill. The processor is plenty fast and I have a cloud storage so didn't need a huge hard drive. Color is nice and the fabric cover is different in a good way--hopefully it will last! Got this on sale so I feel it was a good price for what you get.

Amazing powerhouse, overall strong laptop.

I first purchased this with the idea of using it only for work and school, Im currently a college student and so far the battery last over 12 hours in one charge. The size is very compact and is why I say is a powerhouse for something so small youd expect it to lack in power but luckily thats not the case for this laptop it hasnt frozen once. As a college student I also enjoy a bit of light gaming, Ive played minecraft, enter the gungeon, and wizard of legends and all of them ran pretty cool no lousy fans, no low fps it was great! Regarding the storage well... in that aspect I can say that its lacking a bit but if its gonna be used for the same scenario as me then for sure its more than enough. The tablet aspect of the laptop is also a very nice to have since you can use it as a portable monitor as well as a vertical tablet to read books more easily or scroll to social media. Overall great buy, I was able to get it for 599.99 so if you can get it for the same price and in need of a school/work laptop then for sure go for it!!
