He is rough on it and takes it everywhere. We did have to replace the charging cord other than that we have had zero problems.

Regarding the system audio on the Yoga 6 13, this model ships with a High Definition (HD) Audio chip, with Stereo speakers, 1.5W x2, optimized with Dolby Atmos sound enhancement software. Dolby Atmos is optimized for use with a headset or earphones. If you are using the system speakers, be sure to turn off Dolby Atmos, then adjust the audio settings to your personal preferences.

Decent memory for the price .Seems to have a little problem staying on the internet, too early to tell. Can't seem to put a direct route to web pages on the desktop.

Posted .Thank you for choosing the Lenovo Yoga 6 13. If you are having issues with WiFi connectivity, check to be sure you have the latest version of Windows on the computer. Then update all BIOS files and drivers up to that latest version of Windows. You can easily accomplish this by scanning the computer with the Lenovo Utility software available on this computer. This system has Lenovo utilities installed to help maintain the health of the device and keep the operating system software up to date. Type "Lenovo Vantage" in the Cortana Search window (if Lenovo Vantage is not installed on your device, you can download the APP and install it now). Select Lenovo Vantage from the list. In the window that opens, click on "Health and Support". In the expanded menu, select "Hardware Scan" In the window that opens, select "Run Quick Tests". This will scan your entire system for errors. Follow any directions that may pop up. If the problem continues after this scan, now click on "System Update". First select Windows update from the menu. Scan your system to be sure you have the latest version of Windows 10. Once that scan is complete, select "Additional Updates". This will scan your device to be sure there are no new BIOS/Driver updates needed. So this is definitely more durable than most of the laptops. Bought this for my middle school son, and he takes it to school daily.

Have had a bunch of issues with connectivity to Wifi and Hotspots. I need to take it in to have it repaired, however, being without my work laptop is incredibly difficult. Not happy about this inconvenience. Also, the fabric cover is silly, and will definitely not stay in good shape very long. How are you supposed to clean it?!

Please power off your modem and router for 30 seconds, disconnect the WiFi from the laptop, and reconnect after the 30 seconds. Then, please check to be sure you have the latest update of all BIOS files and drivers. You can easily accomplish this by scanning the computer with the Lenovo Utility software available on this computer.
