Not a lot of bloatware to get rid of and the fingerprint and windows hello is great for her so she doesn't have to remember her password that much.

Works great and is the first laptop I've owned that doesn't overheat within minutes ( yes with my others I used a cooling pad and with this one, I don't have to).
