Best Buy wants $150 to fix an error I had nothing to do with, they already took enough money from me for the piece of junk. I need a laptop for work and I’ve thrown money in the trash and have no laptop. Thanks Best Buy.

We only use it about 1-2 days per week for light work, and it’s frustrating opening it up (after 4-5 days of no use) and it has zero battery even if it was charged and shut down properly. We have reached out to lenovo and it will be repaired under warranty but estimated repair time is 9 business days. With shipping from Hawaii, i think it might take almost a month, very inconvenient. And they also don’t cover shipping fees

Also, check your battery and power settings in the Lenovo Vantage application to ensure that your battery is charging to full capacity and configure what happens when you close the lid on your computer. We recommend that you keep in contact with Lenovo Tech Support should your issue persist after troubleshooting to replace your battery using the included sealed battery warranty.

Have 3 monitors hooked up, sound bar and external camera. I am not a techy person, but this was easy to set up. Can unhook and use as a tablet as well.

I purchased 3 of them over the past few months. Immediately upgraded them to Windows 11 Pro, joined them to Azure AD, flipped them over to Windows 11 Enterprise via AzureAD Licensing. I've had nothing but good experiences. Windows Hello works, the finger print sensors work, the touch screens work. Everything works without being fussy. That said: We don't do anything heavy. Everything we do is browser based. No specialty software that requires a ton of CPU power. The battery just isn't excellent. My M1 Macbook Air that's $300 more expensive lasts a solid 12 hours, but this is lucky to get 2-3 hours of using Chrome or Edge to fill out some paperwork.
