I have a desktop that I can handle everything else on. It was working fine until I took my first test and as soon as I went to the website for proctored tests, it gave me a warning to close out of any applications and tabs in the background because it was taking too much processing power. The only thing running was the system itself. I had to exit and go back into the test three times before I could finally see the questions for the test. I could only take the test while the laptop was plugged in bevauee it lagged too much otherwise. The only thing this laptop is good for is to take notes. I returned the laptop and just got a webcam for my desktop instead to take the proctored tests.

Good value in a basic laptop

This has everything I need and more for mail, browsing, spreadsheets and word processing. Good fast start-up with Windows 11 home and the 256 SSD. The product description says up to 17 hour battery life, with up to being the kicker. I get about 6 to 7 hours with normal use.

Tech support from maker was poor and could hardly understand them. On the bright side, Bestbuy took the computer back no questions 3 days before the cut off date for returns; thank God! A $700 waste.
