Computer blue screened after the extremely minimal use (like one day). Brought it to Geek Squad, they were super nice and “fixed” it, but it went back to blue screening after about 1 hour. It’s still under manufacturer warranty so Lenovo will take it to repair, but won’t send a box. They’ll re-install the OS and say they “fixed” it just like Geek Squad but it’s not going to work. Skip this computer.

Love it. It's on the smaller side and my fingers fit the keyboard perfectly. My husband's is giant size, but this is perfect for me. I also like the notebook style cover.

I recently purchased this laptop. Pros: battery lasts quite a long time. I think it's about 8 hours which is nice. You can adjust the screen brightness to make it last longer. The design is night and looks like it has a denim finish which I enjoy. Overall, the screen quality is pretty good and touch screen is nice and responsive. The screen gets pretty bright and I run it on the USB-C PW to keep it charged. Its idle energy is around 15-25W making an 18W PW probably work just fine if it's fully charged, but I plug it into a 45W PW USB on my solar generator. It has a pretty good wifi/bluetooth combo with quite a bit of range. The webcam is pretty poor but it's there so that's nice. I did purchase a Lenovo Active Pen 2 and works okay but a bit tough not to touch the screen with your palm. I use it primarily with GIMP which is an open-source image editor. Overall the experience has been pretty solid but took some tweaking to get it to perform pretty well. I had some issues with Windows 11 when I first got it, but most things have resolved. I'm not a huge fan of the word suggestions that popup when typing because it uses far too much resources and is not necessary for external keyboard so I'm still trying to figure out how to disable that.
After that was said here are the cons:
I cannot for the life of me get AMD Adrenaline Software to run on this laptop. I am very tech savvy and this isn't my first rodeo. There's some sort of corruption between the AMD software and driver and the Windows/Lenovo Vantage driver where I am not given the option to keep the AMD software running. I haven't figured this out yet, but it's extremely disappointing. I purchased this to do some light gaming and believe that the OEM drivers aren't really providing enough of a quality experience. My favorite game is Rust and I only get about 20 FPS with everything on low with a TON of lag. I've seen other people play with the 5500u and get about 60 fps. The difference though is that they're likely using dual channel RAM and AMD software. The RAM is soldered so you cannot really upgrade it. I'm sure that if there's a will there's a way, but I don't want to void the warranty...yet. Other than that, it works well for business and I use it primarily for trading stocks, watching youtube videos, etc. It does well for that purpose. The build quality is great, BIOS is accessible, and the Intelligent Cooling profile is pretty solid. I feel like the speakers are pretty high end for the price range and loud. There are a lot of people that praise this laptop, but I should have paid a little extra for the 16GB model with dual channel. With 12 month financing, the difference in price is miniscule. Overall, would recommend for most people. It does also play Flight Simulator in 720p around 12 FPS. So games are playable, just not as good as I expected. Sims 4 runs reasonably and Cities Skylines does work although just barely.

Very good laptop. If you are looking for a cheap laptop that isn’t that powerful this is perfect. I got a pen alongside it and they go great together.

Great laptop and great functions. Perfect for travel and work. Quick loads and fabric makes it easy to grip. The laptop is very sturdy and keyboard is firm to the touch and doesn't flex that much.

Bought this item on sale for $499. Quality build with ample ports. Running Fedora linux 36 without any issues other than the finger-print reader not working which is very common on linux distros, Works perfectly in Windows.

The keyboard died about 4 months in. Brought it to Geek Squad was told it was easier to buy a new laptop than to try and repair it. Deeply disappointing. It was an Xmas gift for my tween. He found a way to work around it by using it with a wireless Bluetooth keyboard, but that should not have been the alternative.

Bought this out of state while on vacation. It's a great laptop with all the bells and whistles I need. It was on sale in Maryland for $500 before tax and it's back to $750 here in Michigan. Always watch Best Buy for sales.

I'm not a sophisticated user but this has a much better camera than my previous laptop and seems to work well for whatever I need. Only small issue is that I would like to get an anti-glare screen for better use outdoors.

So, I was a fan of the yoga for sometime, but this has been the worse purchase I've ever made. I've already taken it in multiple times becasue it just goes into blue screen death. When i thought it was finally fixed, just got my resume going and trying to upload ... to endless restarts and error messages
