One had a split screen and wouldn’t turn off so always had to keep it plugged in. The second one kept turning the pic on screen on and off and also would not turn off.

Best buys return policy is 15 days and now i have to deal with lenova warrenty... Not a happy customer

Couldnt reboot or fix the issue myseld.

Unfortunately I did not get a good one. Shortly after setting up, I got a blue screen and had to take it in to have the OS reloaded. I spoke to the young man when I dropped it off to find out if I would have to redownload all the updates again. He said no so I told them I would set up the computer. I picked it up and they started to do the updates but since it was going to take awhile I said I would finish it at home. Wrong idea. Not all updates would download, they just said to retry. I gave up that night and tried the next day. All but one downloaded and it would not download. I went back to the store and after paying $99 for them to reloaded windows I now had to pay $39 for them to fix the update issue, since this is a different issue according to them. I didn't think this was fair but they insisted these are two different issues.
