Runs very well, happy so far. Screen is very shiny which can be distracting in certain lighting, but this is easy to deal with and is really the only con I can think of.

She has had it for a month and a half now and really loves it. It has everything that she needs for school and dorm life. It wasn't super expensive so we are both happy.

I am very pleased with this laptop and perfect for traveling. Ryzen 7 chip and AMD graphics are plenty for everyday programs. I highly recommend this laptop.

Laptop had finger smudges all over it. I thought that geek squad checks machine prior to placing them back out on shelves. This review goes to geek squad. I’m almost 2 hours away from store.

Not worth buying

I really regret buying this just messed me up within 5 months of purchase and I couldn’t have it return or get a replacement. It broke me so bad knowing nothing was done about my nonfunctioning laptop. Am very disappointed in Best Buy and would advise myself of any future purchases.

This laptop is the luxury liner of laptops. Its keyboard is lit up and so smooth to the touch. The audio on this laptop is so excellent. I am so glad I went for the upgrade on this laptop. It really makes an obvious improvement.
