I was recently laid off from my company that I was an ROM for. Was with the company for just about 9 years. Ive always had a company owned laptop. In order to get another job I had to buy a laptop. I headed to my local Best Buy. They had an anazing sale, it was 2 weeks before Thanksgiving 2023. I was able to snag the lenevo Yoga 7 16" for $499.00. I was also able to take advantage Best Buys membership and got a yearly membership for 50.00 which knocked 50.00 of the price of the laptop to 450.00. So I got the membership for free. The laptop has a high quality finish and feel. It is more than capable for what I need it for. Microsoft office suite, Videos, and general gaming. It has maby features that I didn't expect. Fingerprint scanner, facial recognition, number pad, backlit keyboard (adjustable intensity), and the high quality finish. At that price point, it's a steal. Even at the regular retail of 700+, you're getting a great laptop/tablet that covers most needs. If you're a serious gamer or you need 4k screen with loads of RAM, look elsewhere. I imagine the needs of your average person, work or pleasure, will be met nicely. Give it a try. If you dont like it, you have full return ability, which is extended if you take advavtage of the membership. Plus you'll get price match guarantee. If you find it cheaper for a sale or promotion, they'll credit you the diffrrence. Take advavtage of their credit card and pay little payments, interrst free, on a timeline that fits your budget. Give it a go. I'm glad I did. I did not receive anything for doing this review.

I bought this laptop for my son for epic schooling and it is amazing. We have gotten many complements on it. It is very versitile with many ways to use it. The battery life has more then exeeded my expectations. The laptop preforms extremely smooth. The screen looks amazing. It feels very durable as well. The only downside i could possible find is that it does scratch easy but that can easily be fixed by putting a case on it.

This is my 1st Lenovo and am very surprised by the performance. This laptop takes a heavy load with no issues. I keep multiple windows open at all times using PP, Excel, Word and google, researching and going back and forth with the use of 3 monitors. This laptop is a beast. I'm not an IT geek but will say I prefer to use this Lenovo over my issued work laptop (HP) ANY day. I use an extender for my monitors, mouse and keyboard. Picture quality is fantastic. I've used it to watch movies, connected to a projector (had to lower the display resolution) and HDMI cable. The option to have your keyboard lights on or off is great! Sound quality and mic works very well. I have no issues with sound or the camera for meetings. The touch screen is very easy to use in "tablet mode" and disables the key functions so you dont have to worry about your keyboard. I do wish there was a cover for the keyboard during this function. The screen size allows me to minimize 2 different spreadsheets and work from both at the same time. I've loved this laptop so much I purchased one for my 2 teens, who now attend on-line school. They love the tablet option (2 in 1) so they can sit on the sofa and do school work. My only complaint is that it is heavy- however, five stars from us!! You cant beat the price for what you get.

I got this laptop for my online college classes, it works great. The screen size is pretty large and the backlight on the keyboard is fantastic when using the laptop in a dark room. I'm using PowerPoint and Microsoft Word mostly and it's fast and there's been no lagging issues. The battery is good, when I'm using it heavy, it will last more than half the day. It was the best buy ;)

I have had a laptop for 2 years for personal things, I keep separate from my work laptop. Lately its been hot and loud, and the battery doesn't last but 2 hours. I thought of getting a deskyop and monitor to replace the personal laptop, but I thought I would regret not being able to move it around easily. Also the desktops that caught my eye were pricey and then I'd still need a monitor. Something else I did care about was a large screen. Enter the Yoga.it was almost half off. Huge 16 inch screen. And it converts to a tablet or a tent screen. You can write on it although this is not the 7i so the stylus doesn't cone with it. The battery is amazing. I now use the yoga as a monitor with computer built in and an external keyboard and mouse. The software is great that comes with, and i love things like the facial recognition log in and other Lenovo tools. It's a smart computer to say the least. There wasn't too nuch bloatware and so far the machine is aweaome. I hope it lasts many years.

I have always dreamt of having a Lenovo laptop. Sadly a week prior to this purchase I bought a Lenovo idea pad 3i and a week later I was working and it turned off, well, the screen went black, so I went and changed it for this Lenovo and I haven't had any problems yet. I used it for 12 hours straight and didn't experience any technical issues. I love the colors on the screen way better and I also love the fact the the keyboard has light, but I bought a warranty for this one, just in case. It's fast, the sound is great and I am afraid to bend it over even though I know it's a Yoga jeje. I am in love with my laptop. Lenovo is a fantastic brand and as a teacher I can tell you, it has made my life easier. I would truly recommend to get the warranty for any laptop just in case. It's better to have and not need it than, to need it and not have it. If you are thinking about a laptop, this is a great choice. I would only use Google Chrome as my searcher. I downloaded it and was ready to go.

I am happy with this computer, I bought it for school. The battery so far lasts through my morning lectures just fine. The screen is a great size so I can have multiple applications open as I’m taking notes and reviewing slides. I haven’t used the touch feature very often because I like typing my notes instead of writing. But I tried it out and it seems to be fine. I bought a pen stylus to draw for fun and it was good, but I don’t think it would replace my iPad because the computer is kind of heavy. Idk what else to say it was a good price at the time and I’m happy I got this one versus other ones that were $100 or so cheaper. It’s a good mid range priced computer that gets the job done. I use my exam software on it and the basic Microsoft word products. Sound quality and picture is fine for movies.

The graphics on this computer are sharp! Images are clear. Truly does have a long battery life. Speed is great. Love this computer.

Fast processing, easy-to-use, and perfect for my homeschooling kiddos (7 and 10). Meets our steaming needs without lag and love the tablet folding function. My kiddos are able to fold their laptop to stand upright like a tablet, but without the keyboard taking up desk space. This allows for instruction videos to be directly in front of them, along with work sheets; nothing off to side to cause neck or eye strain. My kids are easily able to navigate apps, Bluetooth connections, etc. Overall very, very pleased

The product is working well. I was mostly looking for an affordable school laptop with light up key board especially working at night at the comfort of my bed with lights off. It’s very fast. The only thing am still trying to figure out is the cursor it’s too slow to pick up the pace. Other than that everything is working perfectly as it should.

Absolutely beautiful. My first touch screen laptop and I love it already. And the bigger screen with thin bezels is great too. Love the overall design, not to mention the ability to fold it over into a tablet. It's just great. Wish the power cord was a bit longer tho

Perfect for my needs, I do light music recording for demos and emailing. It’s nice to have the bigger screen that’s also a touch pad! Battery last a loooooong time if you out it in the right settings. Great deal, highly reccomend!

Great high-school laptop! Has smooth graphics and fast access to data. Highspeed internet (Depending on your carrier)This laptop will fill the needs of a new high-schooler throughout with the huge touchscreen 16" screen. I recommend it 100 %.

Going from a Macbook to a Lenovo was the best decision I have made all year. Being familiar with Macbook features was originally challenging but very easy to grasp. The touchscreen feature is cool to have and to turn it into a tablet is like a Macbook all in one. I am not bashing Apple because I have an iPhone, but this laptop's variety seems infinite. The only complaint is sometimes when I open it, it is upside down but when I close it a few times it turns right side up. Love this laptop, best purchase of the year.

I love how quick this laptop is. It starts up fast. I also like that it has a lighted keyboard. It has a touch screen and it has plenty of memory for me.

Its Excellent and easy to use, bought this just in time to teach my husband. Lighting,display, battery, sound, and navigating are Excellent.
