    Took a chance on a fair open box for $300, ended up being perfect with no scratches and in original packaging. Laptop works flawlessly. Where else can you get an $800 laptop for only $300 thank you very much best buy.

    It’s been a year since we purchase this.. but we start with some issues.. sometimes the laptop audio (speakers) doesn’t work, so you have to use headphones or external speakers.. and if you use high demanding cpu software.. the laptop heats a lot.. so not too bad but not the best either. Maybe is a good tool but not for high task like editing videos or making music..

      To start, we recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as this could correct the issue. To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button, apply all available updates. Next, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button, following on-screen prompts to apply all available updates here as well.

      If after the available updates are applied and the system restarts, yet the issue persists, in-depth troubleshooting will be necessary to fix the problem. We recommend contacting Lenovo Support here: 877-453-6686, for further assistance.

    A good One! I got it on a deal and it works great. Better than other Lenovo versions - IdeaPad etc. I liked the finer touch feature used for authetication
