    I got help from a best buy employee on this one and I haven't regretted it . So after I ended up buying this laptop for my wife . I surprised her with it . We set it up which was really easy . My wife now uses it for school she really loves it..

    This has been a great purchase. Very user friendly and lightweight. The only problem we have had is the keyboard backlight won’t work.

      Regarding keyboard backlighting, you should be able to activate it by pressing the Fn + Spacebar keys simultaneously or via the Lenovo Vantage app under device settings.

      If this does not activate keyboard backlighting when toggled on, next, we recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as this could correct the issue. To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button. Next, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button.

      If after the available updates are applied and the system restarts, yet the issue persists, in-depth troubleshooting will be necessary to fix the problem. We recommend contacting Lenovo Support here: 877-453-6686, for further assistance.

  • Really great except one problem

    The laptop was great. It just had a bitlocker key I couldn’t find so I had to return it because I couldn’t access the laptop. But it was everything I wanted. Wish I got a replacement though, cus I got it at a good price but didn’t know I could do that when I had it returned.
