    NOT 2K

the item is listed as having a 2k touchscreen which would imply a screen resolution of 2560x1440. This actually just has a 1920x1200 screen which IS NOT 2K

Hello, RantBoi. We apologize for any confusion that you may have experienced regarding this. For clarification, 2K resolution is one of multiple high-definition image resolution standards, like 4K, for example. The primary difference is that 2K resolution can refer to more than one image size. For this reason, 2K is generally accepted as an umbrella term. It is typically used when referring to the motion picture industry, as many films are projected at this standard.
These resolutions are defined by the Digital Cinema Initiatives, or DCI, a governing body comprised of major motion picture studios. The 1920x1200 resolution is considered as 2K as the horizontal resolution (number of pixels across the display) meet the parameters to fall under the 2K umbrella. We appreciate you taking the time to leave a review with us. Lenovo

Complete garbage. The tracpad barely worked and the screen constantly goes black and shuts off. Also the sound sometomes doesn't work. The tracpad issue happened from day one and in 2 weeks, the other issues happened. Lenovo sent a technician to chance the entire keyboard...A few days later, now the backlight does not work. I will NEVER get another Lenovo product again. It's been a nightmare and I haven't even had this for 2 months.

Hey Mystique, we're sorry to hear that your experience with your Yoga 7 has been poor. To try to resolve this, we recommend following these troubleshooting steps: 1. Perform a static discharge/power cycle. To do so, first remove all cables connected to the device (power adapter, HDMI, external mouse, external keyboard, etc.). 2. Be sure device is powered off, then. press and hold the power button down for 60 seconds. When done, re-attach all cables and insert the power adapter, letting the laptop charge for a couple minutes, then power up the machine as usual. 3. Try to update the drivers on the Lenovo Support site: https://pcsupport.lenovo.com/. Type the machine serial number (S/N) on the search bar. Hit enter to search the details regarding that unit. Click on the Drivers and Software tab, head to the Manual Update tab. Filter the Operating System drop-down to Windows 11 and proceed to downloading / updating the drivers. Restart your laptop when updates are done. If your issue persists after these steps, we then recommend contacting Lenovo Support directly at this number: 855-253-6686, to work with a representative for more in-depth troubleshooting. We appreciate you taking the time to share this feedback with us. Lenovo

    TRASH!

Absolute Trash. I own the Yoga7i. It overheats. The vents are located on the BOTTOM of the laptop. DUMB. RXTARDED. Save yourself the money, the headache. Not worth even $300. I spent $1k on my touchscreen device. Brand new out the box. Sent it in for repair. Came back exactly how I sent it. Flipping it over like a book and utilizing the touchscreen will disable touchscreen and keyboard input. This is the shxttiest experience I've ever had with ANY laptop. The Toshiba runs and is designed 10xs better. Even my old HP laptop runs better than this. And HPs are the WORST!

Purchased and had to go to store next day for the geek squad person to not be able to fig out what was wrong with it. Not sure I would ever buy a refurbished model again. Price was great but time was wasted returning it and having to purchase a brand new one
