The function/shortcut keys seem to me a bit overly complicated. As an example, returning to a previous internet page by keyboard cannot be done (or at least I haven't figured it out nor found instructions on how to do it). A big gripe was in trying to set it up. I could have paid Best Buy $190 to set it up - ridiculous. A bigger gripe was, when going on Youtube for setup assistance, the video of the Yoga being unpacked and setup showed a stylus and mouse included. Mine did not include these. This makes me thing that to reach a price point, Best Buy was behind these items not being included. To make it more aggravating, when trying to get assistance/answers, I kept getting India based customer service who read off a script and kept directing me to dead ends. Needless to say, I am not happy with Best Buy. The computer is okay.

Good Laptop for the Price

I also bought the Lenovo pen and it works perfectly with it. The only downsides to this laptop are that it is a little on the heavier side and that the battery does not last super long.

Troublesome

Windows updated and couldn't get past bitlocker. On two computers. First one locked up. Second one could at least turn on & get to a point to be "fixed". Can't say I'd recommend it at this point but may change opinion now that it just started working.
