    I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this lap top. I purchased it open box so it didn’t come with a charger. I purchased one for under $15. Definitely worth the money it’s sleek and easy to use. I purchased this for my WFH job and highly recommend.

  • Best Buy business practices should be ashamed

    I will never buy another product from your company you should be ashamed of your practices you sell items with a warranty of 1 year to later find out that its 14 days. However you had to be asked when a product has an issue that is not operator error but a product issue you close your eyes to it and feel no need to help you customer at all. You treat your customer in person on more than 1 occasion like you don't care. This is not proper business practices and is unacceptable. However you company does not care. I get better service from AMAZON my hope is they run you out of business. I will constantly put your company down and have lost all respect for your company as well as the employees that have no service skills I was treated poorly and spoken down to and rudely. I am far from a stupid person however this is how your employees treat people. BAD LOOK-BAD BUSINESS. Best Buy Support DOES NOT SUPPORT products they sell. Buyer beware. I wil put this on all your platforms.

    My daughter has had ongoing issues with the mouse track that just stops working. Thank god for geek squad support it’s something in the software design not a hardware issue

    Loved it from the beginning! It is light and easily carried especially since we are older and didn't want a heavy one. It is nice having the keyboard back light which helps a bunch! I recommend the Yoga to everyone!!
