    I bought it on clearance as an open box although it’s a very good deal, but I returned it since the laptop was too heavy and the battery life was very poor. I really loved the display quality the size, including the build quality.

    cannot use bitlocker without typing in all 64 characters every time I log in. Not as happy with it as I wanted to be, but due to life It wasn't able to use as soon as I received so didn't get to return in time.

    works as intended. Purchased for child to use for her college courses. Have not had issues (three months of ownership). The display is sharp. This unit is not used to steam shows or for gaming.
